Each portrait is hand-drawn and shipped within 5–12 business days. Delivery time depends on the destination country in Europe.

2. Is the frame included in the price?

Yes, every portrait comes with a high-quality frame, so it’s ready to display as soon as it arrives.

3. Do you ship outside Europe?

Yes – I offer worldwide delivery. Shipping times vary depending on the country, but you will always receive a tracking number to follow your package.

4. How do I know if my photo is good enough?

Please check the [Photo Guide]. If you’re not sure, you can send me several photos and I’ll help you choose the best one.

5. Can I order a portrait as a gift?

Of course! Every portrait comes in premium packaging, perfect for gifting. You can even add a different delivery address when placing your order.

6. What if I’m not satisfied with the portrait?

Before shipping, I will send you a photo of the finished drawing for approval. If you’d like small adjustments, I can make them before packaging and delivery. This way, you can be sure the portrait meets your expectations.

7. How do I place an order?

Simply choose the size on the homepage, upload your photo, enter delivery details and payment, and you’re done. You can also order directly via Instagram or through the Contact Page.

8. Do you draw only children?

Yes – I specialize in children’s portraits, because childhood is unique and worth remembering forever.
